???? What: Your question is a little confusing. If you work in a care center and care for others, you really have no legal rights. If you care for somebody privately in their home, you really are an employee and you have no legal rights over the person being cared for. Legal rights are governed by the courts and most next of kin laws.

Caregiver legalities: I'm not clear on what you are asking but it does sound like a legal question. The most productive thing you can do is consult a lawyer. If the person being given care is elderly, you can speak w/an eldercare lawyer. Peace and good health.
