Performance: There is a basic truth that you can never out perform your abilities but may underperform for a variety of reasons. The unrested individual is less likely to perform up to their ability level because vigilance to task will be off.Maintain the listed areas and effort produces better results.

Important: Sleep and rest are important for everyone. For a person with a medical disability, getting enough sleep and rest may be more critical because that person may not have as much reserve ability as someone without a disability. Of course too much rest can be detrimental as well by causing weakening of muscles. A rehab physician could help you determine what is best for you.

What disability???: Learn to be precise if you need help. Any physical disability results also in additional efforts for the brain to accomplish a day's work. All human need to sleep 7-8h and early in the evening, not when the brain is exhausted after midnight, so the sleep is fully recuperative. Life is long. Need to plan life properly and not stay up later than needed for efficiency and satisfaction of life.
