What if i have an ivf and i miscarry? what happens if i have an ivf that is successful but then miscarries after a few months. can i try again?

You can try again: Unfortunately any pregnancy can turn out to be a miscarriage, even after ivf. If you have frozen embryos you can try again with less medications, fewer ultrasounds and blood draws. If no frozen embryos remain you may try another fresh ivf cycle. A miscarriage after 10-12 weeks is unusual, and your dr may offer you miscarriage testing, especially if you have had two or more miscarriages in total.
