No: First you need an evaluation for pcos and perhaps for recurrent miscarriages. Evaluate that you do not have pre-diabetes or diabetes, maintain a bmi <30. Once a diagnosis is made over 80% of patients ovulate on ovulation induction drugs. Ivf will not prevent miscarriages, so even if you do ivf the risk for miscarriages will still be there so this needs attention.
