Not uncommon.: Ivf pregnancies are notoriously high-risk for complications, including early pregnancy loss. The most likely explanation for a 14-week loss is genetic and/or anatomical anomalies in the fetus - it is nature's way to deal with major anomalies incompatible with healthy life. Other etiologies are possible but less likely - talk with your physician!
