Depends: conception and pregnancy are determined by a lot of factors. previous pregnancies, general health, genetic conditions in family. IVF is an expensive procedure.

IVF ASAP: If you want to do IVF you need to begin the process immediately as many IVF programs have an age limit of 43 or 43 at which time the program is no longer available.
