Meds if pregnant: Determine if you are pregnant. If you are, speak to your OB and prescribing doctor about what medication course is best for you. If you are not pregnant but hope to be, discuss medication options with prescribing doctor for possible future pregnancy. Decisions weigh benefit vs risk of medication and will vary with each individual. See: http://womenshealth.gov/publications/our-publications/fact-sheet/pregnancy-medicines.html I hope this helps.

Pregnancy: Do you want, or not to become pregnant? I think this is the most important. Either way you will require advice from your physicians.
