Yes: Headache is a common symptom of nasal allergies. When the inside of your nose is swollen the openings to the sinuses may become blocked. This prevents your sinuses from maintaining equal pressure with the air around you. The pressure difference causes pain. The nasal septum is also very sensitive. Headache may occur when the swollen lining of your nose pushes against the nasal septum.

Not uncommon: Allergies can cause congestion in the nose .. Which often results in sinus congestion and/or pressure-- this can cause a headache. But if a headache persists , you should talk to your dr. There are many effective treatments for allergies which can lessen your symptoms.
