A reason 2 see a Dr: I don't mean to be trite, but your symptoms sound significant enough that you should see a doctor. Loss of coordination could be due to some type of neurologic problem. You could be anemic, your thyroid could be abnormal. Too many items to list. Do yourself a favor and see a physician.

Sleep disorders?: Is the loss of coordination during the headache or all the time. Loss of coordination can occur during some headache disorders but not all the time. Consult your pcp or a neurologist. Feeling tired could be a result of chronic head pain or you could be having a sleep disorder such as insomnia or sleep apnea. Again, talk to your primary physician.

Several posibilities: Labyrinthine dysfunction with ear infection can do this, but the dull headaches are concerning. This could be cerebellar or involve other areas of the nervous system. Strongly suggest you see a doctor asap.
