Three areas: First, eat as much organic food as possible. Second, use organic skin care and cleaning products. Third avoid areas of high pollution like exercising along a major thoroughfare, swimming in the ocean or in a public pool, spending a lot of time in a fabric store or cosmetic store, and cleaning with harsh chemicals.
