UW: Dr. Fred matsen described the ream and run technique. His results have not been reproducible in many series and i would question how old you are and make sure of the proper indications as a full shoulder replacement by far and away carries the best overall functional outcomes in both pain relief and motion. I would advise consultation with an experienced surgeon.
