Yes: Swelling in the are on the vulva, pubic bone, hips and upper thighs is common. It should get better in next 2-3 weeks.

Probably: Because the robotic surgery takes much longer to perform, you would have received more fluids which can result in more swelling. If you begin running a fever or having more pain, instead of less, you should see your doctor.
