It would be risky: Not knowing why you had seizures in the past i can only give a general statement. In most cases having a history of seizures increases your risk of having them again. So to do anything that could increase this risk is a scary thing. You could experiance a seizure from less alcohol withdrawal than someone who has never had a seizure, possibly even "moderate" amounts.

How much, how often?: Depends what the seizures were from, and if you are on anti-seizure medications. Alcohol itself can predispose people to seizures, and in people who drink regular amounts of alcohol daily or near daily, they can either have a seizure from the alcohol or from withdrawal. Alcohol also has profound effects of the medicines used for seizures, reducing their effectiveness. Talk to your neurologist.
