Pinched nerve: The info provided is limited but certainly a radiculopathy ( pinched nerve root ) in the cervical spine can not be excluded. This can be due to a disc herniation or arthritic changes in the cervical spine compressing the nerve root as it exits the spine. This should be evaluated and will likely require an xray, MRI and possible electrodiagnostic evaluation to diagnose.
