Meth can be fatal: Methamphetamine (meth) kills over time, through damaging the brain and other organs by constricting blood vessels (decreasing nutrient & oxygen flow), raising body temperature (overheats organs), etc... Meth can kill rapidly by fatal heart rhythms, heart attacks, and strokes. Meth also causes psychotic and aggressive behavior, which can lead to deadly accidents or being shot dead by the police.

Depends: Methamphetamine, an fda approved agent, has a high abuse potential. Using this drug for other that it's intended purposes can cause serious medical issues some of which may be fatal. In the same way that smoking tobacco and drinking alcohol can be fatal with long term use, so can methamphetamine use. Lack of sleep, poor nutrition, impaired judgment can all lead to self-destruction and even death.
