No: Letrazole is an alternative to clomid (clomiphene). Some people who fail Clomid (clomiphene) may do better with letrazole but it is not stronger. The injectable drugs are fertility drugs that contain a hormone called fish. They are more effective, but have a higher risk of multiples and are expensive.
