Difficult: We can help you more when you give us more to work with. Chest pain in young women is more often related to their swallowing tube/stomach than anything else.Timing and type of pain, association with eating, exercise or laying down give us more to focus on.Could be chest wall, lungs, etc. You are welcome to start over & give us more to work with.Posts are not linked.

If the chest pain so: If the chest pain sounds cardiac, do a full lipid profile, T4, and 2 hr pp blood glucose. Of course, one needs to do a PA/Lat chest X-ray in any event. Try some nitroglycerine as it could be vasospasm.
