See below : If you have been together a while (several years) and you are positive and she is still negative, it is unlikely you will transmit hepatitis c sexually. Condoms aren't recommended for monogomous heterosexual couples and you all can get consider pregnancy. Be very careful with personal items like toothbrushes and razors. This is also a risk for transmission. Discuss this with your doctor.
