Yes it does: You should not drink alcohol while taking antidepressants such as zoloft (sertraline). But don't stop spliff so you can drink - just don't drink.

Not badly: There are no specific interactions in terms of alcohol and most antidepressants, as far as interfering with their metabolism etc. However, zoloft (sertraline) is used to treat depression and anxiety, and alcohol is generally not a good drug in people with either of those problems. However, depends on how often and how much. An occasional social drink or two, once or twice a week, isn't going to cause harm.
