Not ok.: Zoloft (sertraline) and alcohol should not be mixed per the drug manufacturer. Zoloft (sertraline) may enhance the effect of alcohol. The combination may impact both motor skills and depressive symptoms. Drinking four to five drinks in a sitting is not considered moderation.
