Alcohol and depressi: Of course you're in charge of what you drink or don't drink. However, if zoloft (sertraline) was being prescribed for depression, drinking alcohol could make that worse. Their elimination half-life is 62-104 hours -- meaning nearly 22 days for our system to process this.
