Alcohol and depressi: Of course you're in charge of what you drink or don't drink. However, if zoloft (sertraline) was being prescribed for depression, drinking alcohol could make that worse. Also at this point, you may still have some of metabolites of zoloft (sertraline) still in your system. Their elimination half-life is 62-104 hours -- meaning nearly 22 days for our system to process this.
