...doubt "migraine": Pain on one side, to swallow and pressure, with fever is most likely an abscess. You need to check your blood count to see if you have other signs of infection, like an elevated white blood cell count. That headache is probably not a "migraine", but related to the infection... Get thee to a doctor! this may require antibiotics, if not a surgical procedure to drain an abscess!
