See a surgeon: Groin hernias are the result of weakness of the abdominal wall. More common in men. Usually have a buldge/pain in groin. Can have pain radiate to testicle as well. Isolated pain in the testicle without other findings would concern me it could be related to a problem with testicle. Best to see the doc who fixes hernias to make sure you really have one.

Maybe the hernia: A swollen scrotum due to a hernia can cause pain and discomfort. A hernia is a hole in the abdominal wall through which abdominal contents such as fat and intestines can protrude. It is always possible however that an asymptomatic hernia can exist alongside groin-testicular pain due to another cause. See a general surgeon for a consultation.
