Very low risk: It is true that one of the risk factors for developing a cancer is exposure to radiation, including certain diagnostic studies (i.e. Ct scans, x-rays.) minimizing radiation exposure is always important, but these studies can be very important in your care. http://blogs.webmd.com/cancer/2012/06/are-ct-scans-raising-our-cancer-risk.html.
