IVF or donor egg: Fallopian tube transplants were tried in the 1970's but the tubes were rejected. In vitro fertilization (ivf) works and is much safer for women with blocked tubes. Damaged tubes don't stop your period: either you're not releasing an egg, your ovaries have stopped working, or there's scarring inside your uterus. See a fertility specialist (reproductive endocrinology and infertility or rei) for help.
