Sleep plan: Babies learned to sleep long before they were born but are not aware of sleep. If you set up a simple sleep plan, baby does better.Start by feeding as they wake(not as they tire), then chg diapers or clean up, play with them until they tire & put baby down for 2hrs, then repeat in cycles until u get ready for bed. At night, let baby wake u, feed &change & put down.U should get 4-6 hrs within a week.

Consistency: Consistent bedtime routines, even at this young age, will help your newborn sleep better as an older baby and toddler. Many parents find a warm bath, massage, songs, rocking and feeding are good bedtime routines. Try to start the routine around the same time each evening. It takes practice but eventually your little one will come to expect this and will associate this with going to bed easily.
