Fx ankle 8/19 took my own cast off after 4wks.twisted it this am & having some pain and edema. should i just wrap in ace bandage?

I will advise you : To that, taking your own cast and walking on it without doctor advise, however know you twisted your ankle, the ace bandage will not do anything for the ankle but you could apply it, if the swelling and the pain continue you have to check it again with your doctor.

No : Fracture healing takes 6-8 weeks. 4 weeks not enough.You may have fracture displacement from the injury...Better follow up fast with ur dictor.
