Sore nipples?: Although all medication can have side effect , with thousands of patients that i treated w sertraline before , I have never experienced this before. My advise , see your PCP for evaluation.

Zoloft (sertraline): Not likely to be the cause. Explore other possibilities with your prescribing doc.
