First, get thorough: Evaluation by your primary care doc. If there are no medical conditions that need treatment, then you might benefit from a mental health assessment to help figure out what your issues are. The good news is that anxiety and/or depression are highly treatable thru a combination of medication and psychotherapy. And yes, anxiety can contribute to headaches and dizziness. Good luck!
