have spotting 8 days after period but miscarried on the 11th oct is it anything to be concerned about?

Pregnant?: Pregnant has to be ruled out. Obtain a home pregnancy test. They become positive at about the same time that you'd start your next expected period. If it's negative, repeat it in a week and call your doctor.
