Dysfunctional clots: Although if your "period" was on time, and normal as usual, it is unusual for clots to occur two weeks after a cycle at age 28. Irregular spotting and clots with cramping can indicate an ectopic pregnancy, and your "period" might just have been bleeding and not a "real period". Get a serum HCG test , and if negative, see your healthcare provider for an exam and ultrasound.
