Keratosis pilaris?: A benign condition of the skin usually affecting the upper arms or thighs with little plugs of extra skin that occur around the hair follicles making them appear more prominent and sometimes reddish. Treatment is hydration / moisturizers and possibly low / med potency topical steroids.
