Panic Attacks: Panic Attacks are a common "go to diagnosis" for physicians in urgent care & ER settings when facing with such symptoms in young, otherwise healthy appearing adults. The problem is the Panic Attacks are not really a diagnosis but are a symptom of "something else" which takes longer to diagnose and properly treat than brief encounters with different physicians. Don't shop around but do follow up
