Vasodilitation: Vomiting activates and/or is caused by excessive parasympathetic activation of your nervous system. Blood vessels are also dilated by parasympathetic stimulation. Also when you vomit you increase the blood pressure in your face. The red bumps are merely swollen, dilated blood vessels.

Why are you vomoting: I think the more important question is why are you vomiting so often that you notice a pattern of skin reaction? A visit to you gp is a good place to start to investigate this issue.
