What is the dose: .The usual treatment for this condition is h1&h2 blockers like Doxepin in daily dose of 20 to 75 mgm per day, plus cimetidin/ranitidine twice a day, plus nonsteroidal meds like indocin, (indomethacin) Ibuprofen or naprosyn second line rx is colchicin 0.6 mgm 2-3 times a day, or Dapsone 50to150mgm/day steroids are third line in proper doses and last resort cytotoxic drugs, discuss various options with your doctor soon.
