URTICARIA : Needs Epinephrine shot for drug allergy . May also need steroid cream for the rashes. Not normal to have allergy.

It can happen!: Allergic reaction to amoxycillin does happen in some children. This is a form of penicillin and it is best to avoid it in the future. Treatment may include antihistamines like benadryl, (diphenhydramine) sometimes oral steroids. Oatmeal bath may help sooth the itching.
