Get it checked: I'm guessing it hasn't really been a few months, only seemed like that. After all they are only 10 mo old. See if it's been continuous or are there 1-2 week breaks in the middle. If so, it could just be recurrent illnesses or frequent viruses. If it's really continuous, discuss with the pediatrician to see if there is more going on.
