Endometrial cancer: Her metastatic cancer treatments include additional surgery, radiation and medical chemo-therapy. Her surgical and/or medical oncologists (cancer specialists) will be able to give you specific recommendations.

Depends on the stage: The most important thing to know in this case is the actual "stage" of the cancer. Metastatic can mean to lymph nodes in the pelvis or elsewhere. Surgery, hormonal therapy, radiation therapy and chemotherapy are all possible therapies for metastatic endometrial cancer. http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/pdq/treatment/endometrial/patient/page2.
