Mets in liver: If someone had just one met, cyberknife, rfa, nano knife, cryo ablation or surgical resection any of them can be considered. It would be important to biopsy it and make sure what the pathology is as there is a 20% chance of having different pathology compared to the primary breast cancer. That can make a difference in systemic therapy we choose.
