Depends: Adhd kids (ak) do well if they are doing what they want, not necessarily what their parents want. The rigors of practice frequently turn off an ak if they aren't fully committed. If an ak has a musical or artistic ability, & they want to pursue it, then learning art, music, singing or an instrument can be an area where they develop "expertise, " & therefore increase their expectation of success.
