Will constrictive pericardium's symptoms return after having operation to strip?

Possible: Yes it is possible. If the pericardium was not totally stripped then there is a potential for recurrence of symptoms.

Constrictive pericar: After effective stripping of the pericardium, the constriction from the pericardium is generally relieved. Sometimes there is associated fibrosis in the myocardium with mixed constriction/restriction; in these situations the stripping may not completely relieve the symptoms.
