Depends how you feel: Blood pressure is a number, and there is no absolute "normal." many young people, especially females, can be perfectly healthy with a systolic BP of 80-100. If you are completely asymptomatic, there is no cause for concern. If you feel dizzy as a result, it is important to maintain oral hydration, especially with electrolyte-rich fluids. Gatorade and coconut water (contains lots of potassium) help.
