Low blood pressure: It depends. In an athlete, it can be completely normal. In a 70yo, it may either be excessive high blood pressure medication, or heart trouble. Cardiogenic, septic, and neurogenic shock, as well as a vasovagal response can all cause low blood pressure. You also need to look at the heart rate. Taking too much of a beta blocker can cause low BP and low hr. Athletes will have the same.
