Location: Ischemia is a term meaning that that part of an organ (the heart in this case) is not getting enough blood and oxygen. Anteroapical just refers to the locasion of the blockage. Antero means front of, and apical refers to the apex of the heart, the part that is directed down and to the left, on the opposite side to the aorta.
