Coronary artery Ds: Ischemia means diminished blood supply, so in the case of coronary ischemia, decreased blood supply to the heart. While mild ischemia is used to quantify the degree or severity of blood flow diminution, any degree of ischemia signifies the presence of coronary artery disease.

Poor perfusion: Ischemia is caused by low or inadequate blood flow and oxygen delivery to a tissue: heart attack stroke amputation renal failure are sequellae of ischemia needs workup and treatment!
