Artery blocked: That is just describing the anatomic location of the area of the heart not getting enough blood because of a blockage in a coronary artery. The significance of the blockage itself is that on could cause pain and lead to a heart attack with damage to that part of the muscle.

Unhappy heart: The inferior is the lowest part of the heart on the diaphragm. Apical-tip of the heart is not getting adequate coronary blood flow. Usually left anterior descending artery blockage. But may be circulation from distal right coronary also.
