Yes: Congenital heart disease is a cardiac defect present from birth; there are many different variations. Coronary artery disease is stenosis of the arteries of the heart, usually due to arteriosclerosis, although you can rarely have a congenital lesion of a coronary artery- most commonly a coronary comes from the pulmonary artery rather than the aorta- known as an anomalous coronary artery.
