What is the difference in coronary heart disease in men and women?

Virtually nothing: Men and women get the same heart disease at the same frequency. The symptoms may be different, but the disease is the same. Women often complain of fatigue or atypical chest discomfort, or shortness breath, whereas men often complain of chest tightness or pressure along with shortness of breath.
