Manufactures protein: The lipoproteins are complex protein arrays, proteins manufactured by cells in both the liver & intestines. The cells manufacture the proteins, amino-acid by amino-acid per genetic coding. The proteins are excreted through the fat membranes of the cells-of-origin and self-organize, within the water outside cells, into particles which can pickup & transport fat molecules in the water outside cells.
