Common risk factors: Many of the risk factors for heart dz is also risk factor for systolic heart failure. Uncontrolled blood pressure , heavy drinkers, family history, previous heart attack. Post partum with history of systolic failure with previous deliveries. Severe valve disease like mitral regurgitation and aortic stenosis..
